About the Artist

Luis Runciman is a self-taught artist born and raised in Peru, South America, who has made Gainesville, Florida his home for more than three decades. Throughout his life, he has explored a wide range of techniques, expressing himself primarily through oil and acrylic painting. Now approaching retirement, Luis is dedicating himself fully to his artistic practice, with the goal of connecting with the local community and sharing his passion for hand-crafted art.
